ARUM ’SPLISH SPLASH’
PARENTAGE:
Not recorded. The plant is published at genus level, as Arum without a species epithet, which is how a selection of unestablished hybrid origin is named; neither parent has been documented.
DESCRIPTION:
Leaves heavily cream-spotted, the spots roughly circular, appearing in October and November.
NOTES:
1. Published at genus level, as Arum without a species epithet. Monksilver Nursery attributes selections of this kind to the influence of both Arum italicum and Arum maculatum, so the plant is likely of hybrid origin; its parentage has not been established.¹
