PARENTAGE:

Amorphophallus andranogidroensis × Amorphophallus consimilis

DESCRIPTION:

Claudel considers these very showy hybrids that are easy to cultivate.¹ The cross joins a Madagascan species, Amorphophallus andranogidroensis (female), with a continental African one, Amorphophallus consimilis (male), which Claudel calls interesting but not as unlikely as Amorphophallus consimilis x Amorphophallus konjac.¹
