DESCRIPTION:

Steve Jackson's cross of Amorphophallus galbra from the Northern Territory of Australia with Amorphophallus variabilis flowered for the first time in July 2025.¹ An earlier attempt of his at this cross, with fresh pollen, is recorded as failed (Claudel, Galloway & Mangelsdorff 2013).
