SCINDAPSUS 'SILVER LADY'
CULTIVAR DESCRIPTION:
Silver leaves dappled with dark green, narrower and more silvery than those of 'Exotica' or 'Mount Salak'.¹ Steve's Leaves describes dark green leaves splashed with bright silver, succulent, velvety and ending in a sharply defined point; other growers note a sharp delineation between silver and green, more rhythm and symmetry in the pattern, and leaves more ridged and harder to bend than in other satin pothos, on a sturdier, rarer and more expensive plant of a size between 'Argyraeus' and 'Exotica'.²,³,⁴,⁵
VARIEGATED FORMS:
'Mariposa', submitted to the IAS Aroid Cultivar Registry by John Siy and Aaron John Siy as a variegated Silver Lady, has not been accepted.⁶
